The Annual General Meeting of Diving Tasmania Incorporated for the year ending 30 June 2026, will be held on Tuesday 3 November 2026 (via Teams), commencing at 6 pm.

3.     Receive the Annual Report (as circulated):

3.2.   President's and CEO report (Liz Swain)

3.3.   State Technical Officials Coordinator Report (Max Swain)

3.4.   Diving program report (Barbi Donnet Carver)

4.     Auditing Financials - As per Section 34 of the Diving Tasmania Incorporated Constitution, the association is not required to have an annual audit if the total Association revenue is less than $250,000 in terms of the Associations Incorporation Act (1964). However, it is required to complete an annual return, including financial statements, but does not have to include an auditor's report.
